Mis hinnaga korteri müüki paiskasime? 

Enne kui jõuame hinnalipikuni, jagan teiega lõpptulemust, milline siis meie pesa lõpuks välja hakkas nägema.

Ma muidugi ei ole ammu enam väga erapooletu korterile hinnalipiku määramisel. Ma küll üritasin seda võtta nagu külaliskorterit, aga kui nädalast nädalasse ise seal sees viibid ja näed kuidas röövikust saab liblikas, siis tahest tahtmata kiindud ikka ära. Katsu siis oma „beebile“ hinnalsilt külge riputada. 

Kristina juba arvas, et alla 160 000€ ei tasuks korterit müüki pannagi.  Kusjuures, arvestades, KUI PALJU RAHA sinna sisse on läinud, ega ei tahaks isegi. Samas ma annan endale aru, et selle raha eest saaks juba ju osta uusarendusse korteri. Olgugi – sellise interjööri saavutamiseks tuleks rahakotti veel tublisti kergendada.

Arutasime Kristinaga, et lõpp oli ikka selline magusvalus – ühtepidi on hea, et projekt läbi sai, kuna viimased päevad olid nii füüsiliselt kui emotsionaalselt nii kurnavad. Meil on mõlemal oma töised tegemised, samas kuna renoveerisime reaalajas, siis oli ka korralik ajasurve peal. Minu viimased päevad nägid tõesti välja, et kell 06:30 äratus ja umbes 01:00 sai magama. Kui just korteris ei olnud, olin koosolekutel ja iga vaba hetk jõudsime jälle Sütistele. 

Samas teistpidi aga ongi kurb.. mitu nädalat nii laheda seltskonnaga koos oldud ja korter muutus järjest ilusamaks ja ilusamaks. Nüüd oleks tahtnud seal heameelega istuda ja olla, mitte siis kui toad on ehitustolmu täis, wc-s tuleb käia tanklas ning ehitusmüra lukustab kõrvu. Eks lõpuks oligi meil kõigil selline suur emotsioonide virr-varr.
